Full reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking.
Linens Policy
Any linens found damaged, permanently stained (e.g. blood,makeup, oils) or missing upon checkout will result in a replacement fee charged to the guests credit card
House Rules
This is a non-smoking, adult-only (26+) inn. No pets allowed.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation, there is a $75.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel prior to 60 days before your check-in, you will be refunded the full amount of your reservation. If you cancel within 60 days of your reservation, you forfeit the entire amount. This is a small inn and we rely on advance deposits for our reservations.
