All suites and rooms at The Porch on Frances have been completely remodeled in 2021.
Each elegant room offers its own unique style and layout with period-appropriate antique reproduction furnishings and gorgeous private tiled baths with walk-in showers and modern amenities. We feature amazingly comfortable beds and quality linens.
The Porch offers 2 guest suites which have a separate bedroom and living room.
All guest rooms offer king or queen size beds and private bathroom.

The Panama Suite
The Porch’s largest and most private accommodation, The Panama Suite, offers a spacious living room complete with a custom bar and bar sink, refrigerator, ice maker and 55inch Smart TV.
The bedroom offers a gorgeous king size mahogany 4-post bed and quality linens.
The private entrance located off Frances street has historical significance having served as a corner store, The Panama Meat Market, as well as the set for the fictional Meteor newspaper office in the TV series Key West. (see ‘About the Inn’ for details).
The Poinciana Suite
This Queen suite has the best view of the Inn from its balcony overlooking the corner of Frances and Southard St. This balcony is shaded by the Beautiful Poinciana Tree on the corner of the property. As you enter the suite you will be in the living room which features a brand new 55 inch Smart TV. Walking around to the right you will enter the bathroom with a Full size shower and new toilet and custom sink base with its new sink. Walk across the living room and enter the bedroom with a beautiful Mahogany Queen bed with new mattress and box springs.. There are new bed and bath linens in this and every room at this Inn. The closet area has a small fridge, ice maker, and hanging rack. Watch TV on the new 45 inch Smart TV facing the bed hanging over a small chest of drawers. This suite is a favorite to watch the locals and visitors drive, ride or walk by the Porch on Frances Inn.
The Conch Republic Room
This King suite is also a balcony suite with a great view down Southard St. The Massive King bed is a thing of Beauty. Plenty of head room with 10 ft. ceilings. A new 55 inch Smart TV is on the wall next to the bathroom door. The bathroom has a spacious shower and new toilet and custom built sink base. Plenty of hooks and mirrors around this suite. Walk out on the balcony and watch Key West go by. One of the favorites of the Inn.
The Havana Room
Enter this suite from the Garden area. This Queen size suite has a beautiful Mahogany queen bed with a new mattress and box springs. A new 55 inch smart TV is in this and every room in the Inn. A beautiful shower and new toilet and custom made sink base give this bathroom the feel of luxury. This suite has new comfortable bed and bath linens for your enjoyment. There is an adjoining door to Room 8 for folks who want access to each other’s rooms. The door is deadbolted to insure privacy if not sharing the suite with Room 8.
The Flagler Room
This Queen suite is situated on the back corner of the Inn overlooking the garden area below. All new mattress and box springs make sleeping on this Craftique Queen a dream. There is a beautiful shower and new toilet and sink. The sink base is a custom built base with a granite top and new sink. Plenty of hooks and mirrors in this and every room at this Inn.
The Bottle Room
This suite has an entrance just off the Porch. A beautiful Queen size bed with all new mattresses awaits you. This corner first floor room is off the main porch of the inn. Enjoy the 45 inch tv and the full size shower during your stay with us. A nice wooden Armoire and chair make changing and storing clothes a breeze. The beautiful full size shower is a dream alongside the new toilet and sink. This suite has both a Garden view and a Southard street view.
The Pilar Room
The entrance to this suite is made from the far back corner of the Inn. It features a small sitting area just outside the door with a privacy fence separating this entry from the garden area. The room features a Beautiful Mahogany King bed with all new mattress and box springs. All new bed linens and bath linens are in each room of the Inn. The room has a connecting door to Room 7 which deadbolts from inside each room for privacy and security. There is a new 55 inch smart TV and nice Armoire by the door. The bathroom has a beautiful shower and new toilet and custom sink base with a new sink. This suite has a 10 foot ceiling with a skylight over the bed. One the most private suites offered at the Porch on Frances Inn.
The Hackley Room
This room features a 10 foot ceiling and beautiful blue painted walls with plenty of windows. There is a beautiful armoire for all your clothes with a new 55 inch smart TV mounted above it facing the Queen Craftique Bed. A full size shower and new toilet await you next to a custom built sink base and new sink. All new bed and bath linens are in this and every room for your comfort and enjoyment.
